Join Kathleen Thursdays from 5:30-6:15. This cycle runs from January 15 through the end of March. Autumn cycle will begin in September.

Qigong and Tai Chi for Health Taught by Kathleen O’Donohue. For beginners, this is a multi-lesson series of classes that consist of slow movements, gentle postures, and relaxed minds and bodies.
